Field Engineering

for a major German dialysis specialist at over 260 locations
              in Germany. Here we are primarily entrusted with the
              exchange of active components, troubleshooting and
              network expansion on site. Fast reaction times as well as
              a competent customer appearance are the focus here.

Rückbau Data Center in Meerbusch

Aufgabenstellung: Den durch einen Betreiberwechsel nötigen Rückbau reibungslos und mit größter Sorgfalt durchzuführen. De große                          Herausforderung bestand hierbei, alle Aktivkomponenten sowie strukturierte Verkabelung des alten Betreibers zurückzubauen, ohne das                    produktive Equipment des neuen Betreibers zu beeinträchtigen. Den gesamten Rückbau konnten wir in vier Wochen realisieren und Ende                    2012 erfolgreich beenden.

    • Rückbau eines Tier 3 Rechenzentrums in Meerbusch bei laufender Produktion

    • Gesamtfläche 9.000m² mit ca. 1.700m² Doppelbodenfläche

    • Rückbau von ca. 35.000 Kupfer-/Fiberlinks

WLAN Implementation

Wir stehen Ihnen von Beginn an zur Seite, begleiten Sie tatkräftig durch die Entwurfsphase, verifizieren mit Messungen vor Ort (Pre-Survey) das geplante Netzwerk, betreuen die Implementation der Hardware und analysieren im Nachgang die Installation durch erneute Messungen (Post-Survey).

Die Installation des geplanten WLAN Netzwerkes bzw der Weg von bestehender Installation zur Erneuerung sind wichtige Bestandteile der Implementation. Für die fachgerechte Installation stehen wir Ihnen mit Rat und Tat zur Seite. Überprüfung und Bewertung der vorhandenen Kabelinfrastruktur, Kabelzug, Installation der Hardware und Patcharbeiten erledigen wir mit größter Sorgfalt und so wenig wie möglich Beeinträchtigungen des laufenden Betriebes. hierzu zählen selbstverständlich auch Installationen außerhalb von Bürozeiten, Abstimmung mit Verantwortlichen sowie das Erarbeiten von Zeitfenstern in laufenden Produktionen bzw Lagerkomplexen. 

IT Rollouts / Umzüge

Jeder Umzug oder Rollout, egal wie umfangreich, erfordert ein Höchstmaß an Planung und Vorbereitung. In der Vergangenheit konnten wir verschiedene Projekte erfolgreich abschließen und unseren Horizont erweitern. Vom einfachem Telefon Rollout bis hin zur Inventarisierung und anschließendem Umzug kompletter Etagen einschließlich persönlicher Dinge der Mitarbeiter und abschließendem User-Support ist es uns gelungen die Anforderungen unserer Kunden zu 100% zu erfüllen.

In Zusammenarbeit mit dem beauftragtem Umzugsunternehmen ist es unser Anspruch den User Impact so klein wie möglich zu halten, eine 100% Funktionalität nach Abschluss des Umzuges zu gewährleisten, bestehende Inventarlisten zu pflegen oder neu zu erstellen und alle internen Unternehmensabläufe nicht zu behindern.


Umstellung Telefonie auf VOIP

am Hamburger Standort eines weltweit führenden Herstellers                  in den Bereichen Haushaltsreiniger, Körperpflegeprodukte und                Lebensmittel. Darin inbegriffen der Abbau aller bestehenden                  Telefone, Rollout von ca. 400 Stk. neuen VOIP Geräten,                            Einrichtung der neuen Hardware und anschließendem User                      Support.


Arbeitsplatzumzug

und Inventarisierung der Etagenverteiler, jeglicher Hardware                    der Office- und Händlerarbeitsplätze für ein in Japan und                        Übersee agierendes Finanzinstitut am Standort Frankfurt. Nach                Abschluss der Inventarisierung wurden Hardware, Office- und                  Händlerarbeitsplätze auf neue Etagen umgezogen. Insgesamt                  waren ca. 50 Officeplätze, 40 Händlerplätze sowie ca. 300                        Hardwarekomponenten betroffen. 

Arbeitsplatzumzug

am Standort Kronberg, Kaiserslautern und Berlin für einen                        weltweit führenden Consulting-, Technologie- und                                    Outsourcing-Dienstleister. Vom Umzug einzelner Arbeitsplätze                bis hin zur Verlegung ganzer Etagen können wir hier bis heute               unser Können immer wieder unter Beweis stellen.
